OUTPATIENT COUNSELING SERVICES

Midwest HealthStrategies has recently engaged Pat Savage, an Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to provide outpatient counseing services. Pat has over 25 years of experience in counseling in a variety of settings including health care, schools, courts and private practice. She is currently accepting new patients for Individual, Family, or Couples counseling and would
welcome referrals. She looks forward to working collaboratively with physicians, agencies, and schools from within the innovative rehabilitation continuum of Midwest HealthStrategies.

Pat is a licensed practitioner and is a member of:
• The National Association of Social Work
• The Indiana Society for Social Work Leaders in Healthcare
• The American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Psychologists & Social Workers

Pat Savage will provide Clinical Social Work Counseling in our state-of-the-art Midwest HealthStrategies Rehabilitation Center.
