Craniosacral therapy

 

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a hands-on technique that is used to decrease pain. It is a passive, gentle technique in which the patient lays down, fully clothed, while the therapist applies light touch to release tissue restrictions.

Conditions that respond to CST include:
